What is a forward-deployed AI consultancy?

A forward-deployed AI consultancy embeds experienced operators inside your business to own an AI project end to end, learning how your team works, making the tradeoffs, building the system, and putting it into real use, instead of handing over advice and leaving. Most AI projects fail because no one owns the gap between deciding to build something and the thing actually working. That gap is the job.

What kinds of AI projects does Nyyon build?

AI workflow automation, internal operational tools that should exist but do not, agentic business processes, data cleanup and enrichment, AI-assisted ops systems, and human-in-the-loop decision systems. These usually sit across Sales, Support, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Ops, a workflow held together by spreadsheets and Slack, a manual review slowing everything down, or information trapped across five different systems.

Nyyon is for organizations that already believe AI can create operational leverage but lack the internal owner to turn that belief into a working system. Typically a founder of a North American, technology-dependent company under 50 people, or a department leader at a 200 to 500 person company with an AI mandate, budget, and accountability but no spare capacity to execute. The common thread: this matters, but we do not have anyone who can own it.

How is Nyyon different from an AI agency or a traditional consultancy?

Most firms sell expertise. Nyyon sells ownership. A consultancy hands you recommendations and an agency builds against a brief. Both leave the hard part with you. Nyyon manages the project, builds the working system, and stays on the hook until it is adopted and measurable. Success is not shipping software or delivering a slide. It is solving the business problem so your team relies on the result.

Will my team be able to run the system after Nyyon leaves?

Yes. Nyyon's definition of done is a system running in production, your team using it, the result measurable, and you no longer needing us. We build for ownership from day one. When we leave, the work runs without us. A system that needs us to stay is not finished.
